All guests in the reservation must add and pay in full for the Deluxe Package Upgrade before 11:59 pm Eastern on December 31, 2025 to receive the promotional rate.

MORC 2026 DELUXE PACKAGE UPGRADE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If a Passenger wishes to purchase a 2026 Deluxe Package Upgrade for the Cruise, the Passenger must add this onto the Passenger’s booking by selecting a Deluxe Package Upgrade (“DPU”) before sailing or before the DPU offer expires. A DPU includes the highest-end bar package offered by NCL, the Unlimited Open Bar Package (“Bar Package”), an Unlimited Canned or Bottled Water Package, a Starbucks® Package, as well as One Complimentary Dining Voucher per Passenger (over the age of 21 at the time of sailing) to be used for one meal at any of the open Specialty Dining Restaurants on board the Norwegian Joy during the Monsters of Rock Cruise (April 12-17, 2026, only). A 20% gratuity is included in the DPU purchase. 

For a Passenger to be able to purchase a DPU, all persons over the age of 21 years at the time of sailing in the Passenger’s cabin are required to purchase the DPU. No waivers or exemptions can be accepted for this promotion. When additional guests are added to a reservation with the DPU, each new guest is required to purchase the DPU at the prevailing rate at the time of their addition. The DPU includes alcohol and therefore is only offered to guests who are at least 21 years of age at the time of sailing. Age verification will occur after booking the upgrade. However, should there be guests on the reservation under the age of 21 at the time of sailing, those guests will be required to purchase a soda package for $75 each guest. This will be adjusted manually after your DPU Purchase has been imported into our main system. Those under the age of 21 at the time of sailing will not be entitled to any other benefits included in the DPU, including but not limited to the Water and Starbucks Package or the Dining Voucher.

There are no refunds (and no carryovers or credits for future MORC and/or any other OTB cruise) given for the purchase of a Deluxe Package Upgrade for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, inability to attend the Cruise, failure to consume the beverages available, failure to use the DPU in whole or in part, illness, etc.), and Passengers are not able to remove the DPU after purchasing.

There are a limited number of 2026 Deluxe Package Upgrades offered on the Cruise and Passengers who want to purchase a DPU after the availability is gone will not be able to do so. This offer is subject to availability and is capacity controlled and subject to cancellation at any time. Once the inventory is depleted, the DPU will NOT be offered again.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the ONLY package that will be offered for guests sailing on the 2026 Monsters of Rock Cruise and this package is ONLY available for pre-purchase before sailing. This package as well as any other alcoholic beverage package will NOT be available for purchase while on board Monsters of Rock Cruise. Should guests choose not to pre-purchase a Deluxe Package Upgrade, they will pay for drinks a la carte.

UNLIMITED OPEN BAR PACKAGE: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Unlimited Open Bar Package Includes:

  • A wide variety of cocktails & spirits
  • A selection of wines by the glass
  • Beers & Seltzers
  • Unlimited fountain and canned soft drinks, tonics, and juices (fresh squeezed juices are NOT included)
  • Pure Sports and Energy Drinks (including Red Bull)

All guests under the age of 21 at the time of sailing will be required to purchase a soda package for $75 each guest. This will be added manually after the main passenger’s DPU purchase has been imported into our main system. Any guest who receives the Soda Package may obtain fountain soda at any bar, lounge or restaurant throughout the duration of the cruise.

Unlimited Open Bar Package (“Bar Package”):

Includes a variety of spirits and cocktails, wines by the glass, beers, and seltzers. As well as fountain and canned soda, juices (not fresh squeezed), tonics, non-alcoholic beer, and Energy Drinks – including Red Bull.

  • The Unlimited Open Bar Package can be used in all restaurants, lounges, and bars.
  • Guests with the Unlimited Open Bar Beverage Package will receive $15 off the retail value of drinks in the Connoisseur’s Collection and Signature Selection. This means that any items over $15.00 USD will receive a $15.00 USD discount and the guest will be charged the difference to their account.
  • Guest 1-2 must be at least 21 years of age at the time of sailing to qualify for the Unlimited Open Bar Beverage Package.
  • Eligible guests are entitled to two beverages per person per transaction. Packages are personal to the individual, provided that proper credentials are presented.
  • This package may not be shared, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Excludes all drinks in the Connoisseur’sCollection and Signature Selection.
  • A 20% discount will be given on bottles of wine (champagne and sparkling included), Wine and Spirit Experiences (NCL Experiences only), tastings (NCL tastings only), or Flights purchased on board.
  • Package IS applicable at Great Stirrup Cay bars, restaurants or venues. This benefit has been grandfathered in ONLY for MORC Guests.
  • Does NOT include: Connoisseur’s Collection, Signature Selection, Wine and Spirit Experiences, tastings or Flights, Ice Bars, room service, package sales, ship specific promotions or beer buckets, designated super premium brands (subject to change), bottled wine, mini bar purchases, fresh squeezed juices, wine dispenser, or vending machines.
  • Guest who receives the Soda Package may obtain fountain soda at any bar, lounge, or restaurant throughout the duration of the cruise, INCLUDING Great Stirrup Cay bars, restaurants, and venues.
  • Guest’s onboard account may reflect applicable VAT and/or taxes for certain ports or itineraries.

  • Excludes premium bottled still or sparkling water, i.e: Acqua Panna/San Pellegrino or the like.
  • Package may not be shared and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Eligible guests are entitled to one beverage per person per transaction.
  • Water selection is subject to change onboard.

STARBUCKS® PACKAGE: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Includes all coffee, tea and Refreshers™ beverages by the cup.

  • Package may not be shared and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Excludes canned drinks, bottled drinks, food and merchandise.
  • Beverage selection is subject to change onboard.
  • Guest’s check may reflect applicable VAT and/or taxes for certain ports or itineraries.
  • Package can be used onboard Starbucks stores and Great Stirrup Cay.

DINING VOUCHER: TERMS & CONDITIONS

One Dining Voucher that is honored in the following restaurants: Cagney’s Steakhouse, Food Republic, Le Bistro, La Cucina, and Teppanyaki.

  • In most specialty restaurants, the meal includes a total of four items: up to three appetizers, one entrée, and up to three desserts. At Food Republic and Sushi, the cover charge includes four menu items in lieu of the standard cover charge.
  • The dining voucher will be added to your cruise card, and it is up to the Passenger to make a reservation to use the Dining Voucher while on board.
  • Only one voucher can be redeemed per person, per night at any of the Specialty Restaurants on board the Norwegian Joy.
  • Valid only between April 12-17, 2026 on Monsters of Rock Cruise sailing aboard the Norwegian Joy.
  • Venues are capacity controlled and are subject to availability during scheduled hours and days of operation.
  • Voucher does not include ANY beverages (however, the Ultimate Open Bar Package may be used).
  • No sharing or to-go orders are permitted.
  • Walk ups to any Specialty Dining Restaurants are permitted, but availability is not guaranteed. Therefore, reservations are strongly recommended for Specialty Restaurants. To ensure each of our guests receive our best service, reservations can only be held for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the unclaimed reservation will be cancelled.
  • In order to allow more guests the opportunity to dine in specialty restaurants, a $10 per person fee will be charged if a scheduled reservation is not cancelled or updated at least two hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Venues and events excluded include: Room Service, District Brewhouse, Q Smokehouse, Ocean Blue, and Special Occasion/Holiday menus.
  • A 20% gratuity is included in the package price.
  • Additional main courses will incur a $25 surcharge.
  • Upgraded menu items and/or premium menu items will incur both charges and additional gratuity.
  • The Dining Voucher has no cash value and can only be used on board the Cruise and in the manner stated above. If the Dining Voucher is not used on the Cruise for any reason (including, but not limited to, inability to secure reservations or to obtain seats at the specialty dining restaurants), the Dining Voucher will have no value at all and Passenger will receive no refund or credit of any kind (in other words, “use it or lose it”).
