PREPARING FOR CHECK IN WITH NCL:

Online Check-In – Opens March 22, 2026, and must be completed by April 8, 2026

In order to ensure you are prepared, please follow the steps below:

STEP 1: DETERMINE YOUR NCL ACCOUNT STATUS

If you have sailed with NCL AND provided your Latitudes Number to us: Skip to STEP 3.
If you have sailed with NCL but did NOT provide your Latitudes Number: NCL may have assigned you a new Latitudes Number, creating duplicate accounts. If you log into your account and do not see your MORC Reservation, you must call NCL at 1(866) 234-0292 to merge them before proceeding to STEP 3.
If you have NEVER sailed with NCL: Follow STEP 2 and create your NCL account.

STEP 2: CREATE YOUR NCL ACCOUNT:

(For First-Time NCL Guests ONLY)

If you have NEVER sailed with NCL, you will need to create your NCL account by clicking REGISTER on www.ncl.com and follow these steps using the information provided in the BOOKING AND PASSENGER INFORMATION section below:

Enter your FIRST and LAST NAME (Exactly as it appears in your emails from us).
Enter your Birthdate – If the information is incorrect, please contact us.
Do you have a Latitudes Number? Select YES and enter your Latitudes Number.
Enter your email address and select a password.
Select Ship Name: Norwegian Joy
Select Sailing Date: April 12, 2026
Answer NO to the remaining questions about a TRAVEL AGENT

If you have made any changes recently, they may not be reflected in Norwegian’s system for up to 10 business days.

Name Accuracy Reminder:

Special characters (ö, å, ø, ß, é, etc.), hyphens (-), and apostrophes (‘) may have been changed or removed in names (e.g., O’Conner → O Conner/OConner, Smith-Johnson → Smith Johnson). Names may also be shortened due to character limits.

First and Last Names must match your passport or government-approved travel document exactly to avoid boarding issues.
Middle names/initials and suffixes are not required and will not be listed.

STEP 3: DOWNLOADING THE NCL APP:

Once you have completed the steps above, you can NOW download the NCL APP and use the same username and password you chose during registration in order to log in.

Expedited Embarkation – Use the NCL App for easy and seamless check-in at the terminal! If you have downloaded the app there is NO NEED to print your e-docs (although, if preferred, this must be done from your NCL online account at www.ncl.com).

Luggage tags will be available from your porters at the cruise terminal. Simply give them your cabin number and they will tag the bag for you (tips are customary).

NOW...LET THE VACATION PLANNING BEGIN:

Now that all of the hard work is done, it’s time to add on the fun! Remember…the schedule will be released closer to sailing, so we recommend waiting to book excursions, spa, dining reservations until then.

Plan Your Cruise Enhancements – Explore shore excursions, non-alcoholic drink packages, internet, and dining options online. PLEASE NOTE: These cannot be purchased via the NCL App and must be only purchased online.
