BEFORE BOOKING YOUR CABIN

Your comfort comes first. Before selecting your stateroom, we encourage you to review Norwegian Cruise Line’s Accessibility Assistance information. This will help you find the cabin that best suits your needs so you can enjoy a smooth and stress-free cruise experience.

ACCESSIBLE STATEROOMS THAT ROCK

The Norwegian Joy offers accessible cabins Monsters of Rock fans can book across these categories:

  • Interior
  • Oceanview
  • Balcony
  • Club Balcony
  • Haven Forward-Facing Penthouse
  • Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

These cabins include:

  • Wider doorways for wheelchair access
  • Roll-in showers with removable seats
  • Grab bars around the toilet
  • Lowered sinks and angled mirrors
  • Extra space for maneuvering scooters or wheelchairs

Important: Accessible staterooms are reserved only for guests who cannot sail without these accommodations. Motorized scooters and non-collapsible wheelchairs require an ADA stateroom. Standard cabins require any mobility device to fit through doorways no wider than 26 inches. All mobility devices must be stored inside your stateroom, not in hallways or public spaces due to safety regulations.

To confirm your accessible stateroom, contact our reservations team at (855) 505-6672 before booking. These cabins are limited and marked on deck plans with a solid square next to the cabin number.

VENUES & PUBLIC SPACES

Every show on our wheelchair accessible music festival cruise is designed with accessibility in mind. Here’s how it rocks:

  • Joy Theater & Manhattan Room: Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: accessible seats are scattered throughout the venue, not always in the front rows. In addition, limited ADA seating is available on Deck 8 near the windows overlooking the Manhattan Room in the A-List Bar.
  • Pool Stage (Deck 16): While there’s no official ADA seating here, Deck 17 offers limited accessible seating on the starboard side near the glass.
  • All other music venues are generally accessible, but early arrival is recommended for optimal seating.
  • All restaurants, lounges, and public areas are accessible.

Accessible Public Restrooms: Located throughout the ship on Decks 6, 7, 8, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19. Haven guests have exclusive access to additional facilities in The Haven areas.

TENDERS & SHORE EXCURSIONS

Great Stirrup Cay is scheduled to be a docked port for 2026. However, if tenders become necessary:

  • Guests using scooters or wheelchairs may not be able to board tenders unless roll-on capability is available, and that’s not guaranteed.
  • Scooters, wheelchairs, or guests weighing over 100 lbs. cannot be transferred between ship and tender.

Shore excursions vary in accessibility. For detailed info, contact NCL’s Access Desk at (866) 584-9756 once you have your reservation number.

THIS STAGE IS FOR EVERYONE

You don’t need to stand to rock. You don’t need to run to rage. All you need is a love for hard rock and the desire to join a floating tribe of fans who live and breathe the music.

Because the only thing that should limit you… is your voice after the third encore.
