Concierge/Suite Lounge
The Concierge/Suite Lounge is a private club. Entrance is exclusive to guests residing in our Top Suites (Grand Suite and above). Due to the capacity in the Lounge, we regret that we cannot honor requests for entrance to friends or relatives of eligible guests. Guests should utilize their Gold SeaPass Card to enter the Lounge. Eligible guests will receive a letter on boarding day describing the services and amenities available within the Lounge.
The Lounge is open twenty-four hours a day, with concierge availability daily from 8:30 am – 11:30 am and from 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm. All food and drink should be consumed in the lounge.
The Concierge/Suite Lounge is designated as a smoke-free area. We respectfully request that guests observe a Smart Casual dress code when visiting the Lounge (no swim or pool attire is allowed, footwear is required at all times). Guests 21 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Concierge Lounge guests are offered amenities and services not available to other guests onboard the ship. Suite Amenities are subject to change without notice.
Here is a brief summary of those services:
- Continental breakfast served in the Lounge daily from 8:00 am until 10:00 am (Please note hours may vary slightly depending upon ship and itinerary)
- Hors d’oeuvres and petit fours served in the Lounge nightly
- Reservations for Specialty Dining, Shore Excursions and Barefoot Beach Cabanas (on Labadee)
- Appointments for the Salon or for Spa Treatments
- Daily menus displayed and pre-ordering of dinner wine
- Assistance with arrangement of private parties
- Drinks are only served during cocktail hours, usually from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm, but can vary by ship and itinerary
