SERVICE DOGS

AMResorts allows for service animals as accepted under the American with Disabilities Act guidelines. If you require a service dog for a specific condition, you must contact our customer service team via email at reservations@monstersofrockcruise.com. Any guest bringing a service animal is required to meet all necessary protocols and guidelines as mandated by the resort as well as airline and customs requirements.

Although both NOW Onyx and Breathless Resorts generally allow guests to bring small dogs, due to the nature of our program, this option is not available for Operation Monster Beach guests with the exception of service dogs mentioned above.
