The menu and options change from day to day featuring a mix of French, Italian and Contemporary dishes. The quality of cuisine is so high and the choice so extensive, you will feel like you are in a new restaurant each night. Although we know your focus is getting from performance to performance, be sure you stop in at least once to enjoy an incredible dining experience.

Izumi – Deck 4

roomIf you enjoy sushi and Asian-inspired cuisine, pull up a chair at the sushi bar at Izumi. Stepping inside transports you off the ship and into a trendy Japanese restaurant.

By far the most popular reason cruisers visit Izumi is…the Sushi. Guests can order items a la carté and choose from a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, signature rolls, hand rolls and of course, chef’s signature rolls. These dishes are as beautiful as they are tasty and allow for an experience that is a feast for the senses.

If you are not a fan of fish…no problem. Izumi also features starters, salads, soups and even hot rocks – A fun and interactive dinner experience. Guests can order their choice of meat, seafood and vegetables and cook it at the table to their liking upon a slab of rock heated to 575 degrees. Just another way Izumi makes the dining experience something special!

Chops Grille – Deck 11

With steaks, seafood and poultry main courses coupled with incredible sides, you will be lucky if you have room for the indulgent Liquid Center Chocolate Cake or the Red Velvet Cake for dessert.
