Add prawns in the egg mixture and put the bowl in a steamer (or double boiler), cover it and steam for about 15-20 minutes. Steam until custard thickens and starts to set. Remove from steam, serve with the olive oil drizzled over the top. Chicken Chop Suey Chicken chop suey can be experimented with a variety of vegetables and meats to bring out different flavors. This is a must try recipe. Serves 3-4 Preparation Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes components: Chicken pieces 15 oz Soya sauce 2 tbsp Brown sugar 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Chicken stock 8 oz Corn flour 11 tbsp Sesame oil 2 tsp Onion (sliced) 1 cup Bean sprouts 8 oz Cooking oil 2 tbsp procedure: Marinate the chicken pieces with soya sauce, sugar and salt. Set aside for 5 minutes. In the meantime, heat oil in a wok, take out the chicken pieces from the marinade and fry for 2-3 minutes. Reserve the marinade. Take out chicken once it is cooked. In the same oil put onions and fry until they become transparent. Add bean sprouts in it and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Return chicken pieces into the wok and add sesame oil. Mix corn flour with the chicken stock and pour into the wok over the chicken. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame until sauce becomes thick. Serve immediately.
